First 24 hours

Begin gently. Five small steps.

You have the Emerge book and the Emerge Companion Workbook. This is a calm way into them: five small steps, in order, ending with one exercise done. Twenty four hours is an invitation, not a deadline.

Before you begin, have both PDFs open. Can't find them? Delivery help is here.

Your five steps

  1. Step 1

The Phase Highlighter is a free, 30 statement self-reflection. It points to the phase where your energy is gathering right now, so you know which part of the workbook to open first. Take it here on the site, or on paper in the Foundation section of your workbook.

Your phase is your starting point, not a verdict.

    Find your phase
  2. Step 2

It sits at the front of the Emerge book, after Rhi's introduction and before Lesson 1. It lays out the rhythm the two were built for:

    • Start with the Phase Highlighter
    • Read a lesson, then work the corresponding pages
    • Build your Butterfly Blueprint as you go
    • Move at the pace of your nervous system
  3. Step 3

Open your Emerge Companion Workbook to the section for your phase and do its first exercise. Just one. Each phase section opens with an exercise and closes with its Phase Reflection, so there is nothing to rush toward.

Not sure of your phase yet? Find your phase, then come back to this step.

Where each phase begins in the workbook
    • Egg - The BadAss Phase 1: The Egg, begin with Identity Foundations
    • Caterpillar - The Awakening BadAss Phase 2: The Caterpillar, begin with Shadow Mapping Practice
    • Chrysalis - The Cocoon Phase 3: The Chrysalis, begin with Somatic Reset Practice
    • Emergence - The Emerging Butterfly Phase 4: Emergence, begin with Emergence Mapping Exercise
    • Flight - The BadAss Butterfly Phase 5: Flight, begin with Embodiment Commitment Plan
  4. Step 4

When the exercise is done, write one line: something you understand about yourself, or your situation, that you didn't this morning. Just one.

The Reflection Tracker in your workbook's Foundation section, right after Daily Practice Setup, has a column for it: Insight / Realization.

  5. Step 5

Not an overhaul. Not a 30 day plan. One small, repeatable thing you can do tomorrow. The same tracker calls it your Next Aligned Action, and the Daily Practice Setup page helps you decide when and where you'll come back to this work.

Transformation thrives in rhythm, not rush.
