When you purchase an Emerge digital product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own personal development. You may not:

• Share, distribute, reproduce, or resell the product or any portion of it
• Use the content for commercial purposes without written authorization
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the product
• Upload the product to any file-sharing platform or make it publicly accessible

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its systems

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT AT ISSUE.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BadAss2Butterfly™ and Rhi Wright from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
