The print bundle is the printed Emerge book, perfect bound, and the printed Emerge Companion Workbook, coil bound so it lies flat to write in, plus the digital edition.
- Printed copies are produced by a print partner and ship separately from your digital files.

- Your digital edition arrives the same way as described above, so you can begin while your printed copies are on their way.

- Check spam, junk and promotions. Email from a checkout platform can land outside your main inbox.
- Search your inbox for your receipt. Look for your receipt from Payhip. Your files are delivered through that receipt as well as by email.
- Check which email you used. Your files go to the email address entered at checkout. If you used a different address, look there first.
- Contact support. Email hello@badass2butterfly.com or use the contact form, and include the email you used at checkout so we can find your order.
We will never ask for your card details or a password, by email or anywhere else. Please don't send them.
